The wedding of Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist from ABC’s The Golden Bachelor series is finally happening, and enthusiastic fans are in anticipation to catch the event on their televisions. ABC is financing Theresa and Gerry's wedding, but they still maintain a registry for their guests. The couple is set to exchange vows at La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, California, and have invited the contestants who competed for Gerry’s heart. Alongside friends and family, the wedding is expecting about 125 guests, plus the millions who will view the event on ABC.
Although Gerry and Theresa haven't publicly shared their wedding registry, The Sun has confirmed that they have a selection of preferred gifts they’d like guests to consider. The items in their Amazon Wedding Registry range from expensive to moderate, including a $1,197 Samsung 55 inch Art Mode Smart TV, a $599 Deco TV Gold Frame, a $369 Sonos Move Battery Powered Smart Speaker, and kitchen items like a $397 12 piece Caraway Ceramic Cookware set.
There are also more affordable options, like a $50 Aluci Pickleball Set, a $25 Dash Popcorn Maker, a $33 Recyo Cable Knit White Throw Blanket, and $30 for a set of six Lorren Home Trends Crystal Glasses. They also have a $140 Slothmore back massager on the list.
For Turner and Nist, the televised wedding brings an exciting phase in their life, graced by gifts from over 100 attendants. However, the couple may need to consider the logistics of moving their gifts as their future residential plans could involve relocation. The couple initially considered relocating to South Carolina post their wedding. Gerry from Indiana and Theresa from New Jersey saw it as a middle ground where their families could visit. Still, recent updates suggest they may settle in Theresa's home state.
