The vision for Eco City-3 includes a grand total of 2,175 plots. Out of these, a significant portion—1,069, to be precise—are designated for residential purposes. The remaining plots will likely be allocated for commercial use, institutional facilities, and other essential services that make a city truly livable. Naturally, GMADA has high hopes that the successful development and subsequent sale of these plots will bring in a substantial amount of revenue, which can then be reinvested into further development for the area.
