So, here’s the scoop on where and when all the magic happens. The gates swing open bright and early (well, early evening, at least!) at 6:00 PM over at Jefferson Township High School, located at 1 Waldron Road in Oak Ridge. You’ll definitely want to get there with plenty of time to spare, because the main event – those breathtaking fireworks – are set to light up the night sky right around 9:00 PM. It’s going to be a truly fantastic evening, a real treat for the senses!

And the absolute best part? Admission is completely free! That’s right, bring the whole family, tell your neighbors, invite your friends – everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the festivities without spending a dime on entry. We're really pulling out all the stops to make this a memorable community gathering, a real chance to connect and celebrate together.

Now, what can you expect once you’re there? Oh, quite a bit! The atmosphere is going to be buzzing with excitement. We’ll have a fantastic array of food trucks on hand, so you can grab some delicious eats and treats while you wait for the show. Just a quick heads-up about the weather, because you never know, right? Should Mother Nature decide to throw a curveball our way with some rain, don't you worry! There’s a rain date set for Sunday, June 30th. So, either way, we’re getting our fireworks – guaranteed!

Alright, let’s talk logistics, specifically parking. We know these events draw a crowd, and we want to make it as easy as possible for everyone to get there. You'll find parking available right at Jefferson Township High School, which is super convenient, of course. But, because we anticipate a really big turnout, we’ve also arranged for additional parking at several other spots nearby. Think of places like the Jefferson Township Middle School, the Town Hall, the Administration Building, and the Municipal Building. And here’s the really helpful part: there will be a shuttle service running from these satellite parking locations directly to the high school entrance. So smart!

The shuttles will start whisking folks away at 6:00 PM, running approximately every 15 to 20 minutes. Just be sure to catch your ride before the last pickup at 8:45 PM, giving you plenty of time to get settled and find your perfect spot before the fireworks begin. And don’t fret about getting back to your car; return shuttles will be operating after the grand finale, making your departure just as smooth. So, parking is sorted, no stress!

A few important details to keep in mind to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time, okay? For everyone’s safety and comfort, please remember: no alcohol, no smoking, and no vaping will be permitted on the premises. We also kindly ask that you leave drones and any personal fireworks at home – those are definitely not allowed. Just a heads-up that bags and coolers might be subject to search upon entry, simply as a precautionary measure.
