NorCal's Weather Rollercoaster: Gusty Winds Usher In a Sunny Weekend, Then Rain Returns!

Yes, we're definitely feeling those north winds today, making things feel a little... blustery, shall we say? It’s not just a gentle breeze, either; we’re talking about some pretty gusty conditions across the region, particularly as we push through Thursday.

But here's the good news, especially if you're already dreaming of the weekend: these gusty conditions won't stick around forever. In fact, as we push through Thursday and head into Friday, those winds are expected to calm right down. What follows? A rather gorgeous forecast for Saturday and Sunday, if you ask me. Imagine highs climbing comfortably into the upper 60s and even low 70s across much of the Central Valley – places like Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto should really soak up that sunshine.
