NorCal Weather Takes a Turn: Sunshine Ahead, But Watch for the Fog!

The Sacramento Valley, in particular, should enjoy clear skies and plenty of sunshine, with daytime temperatures climbing comfortably into the low to mid-60s. Meanwhile, up in the Sierra Nevada foothills and mountains, it'll also be a pleasant one, though a bit cooler, with highs likely in the 40s and 50s under sunny conditions. Perfect for getting outside, don't you think?

As we look ahead to the new week, it seems a pretty significant pattern shift is on the horizon. A ridge of high pressure is expected to build over the region, which typically means warmer temperatures and very little chance of rain.
