Manchester, NH – A comprehensive drug trafficking investigation has culminated in a significant victory for local law enforcement, leading to the arrest of a Manchester man and the substantial seizure of illicit narcotics and cash.

Authorities confirmed that Joseph Soucy, 59, of Manchester, was taken into custody following an intensive operation involving the Manchester Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Tactical Diversion Squad, and the New Hampshire State Police.
