Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 15 Returns on August 1 – Meet Rohit Shetty’s 12 Daring Contestants

After a year’s pause, the iconic stunt‑show Khatron Ke Khiladi is back, and this time the tagline is “Darr Ka Naya Daur”. The new season slides onto the screen on August 1, airing every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. on Colors TV – and, for the binge‑watchers, it’s streaming live on JioHotstar.

At the helm is director‑turned‑host Rohit Shetty, whose tough‑love style has become almost as notorious as the gravity‑defying challenges themselves. He’ll be pushing twelve participants to the edge, testing not just their physical grit but also the limits of their fears.

The line‑up is a curious mix of familiar faces and fresh talent. Returning veterans include Rubina Dilaik, Karan Wahi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Jasmin Bhasin, Vishal Aditya Singh and Avika Gor – all of whom have previously survived (or at least attempted to survive) the Khiladi grind. Their experience could give them a head start, but the show is notorious for twisting the game when you least expect it.

Newcomers are Gaurav Khanna, Avinash Mishra, Farrhana Bhatt, Shagun Sharma, Harsh Gujral and Orhan Awatramani (better known as Orry). These six will have to learn quickly that a misstep on a swinging platform can feel a lot like a heart‑attack, and that the water‑filled pits are unforgiving.

Early promos have already shown a tantalising collage of vertigo‑inducing heights, slippery water courses, snarling reptiles and high‑pressure puzzles – all designed to make even the toughest Khiladi break a sweat. The production team even hinted at surprise appearances from past contestants, meaning the current batch might have to face extra‑season rivals mid‑game.

Fans can expect the usual cocktail of drama, tears, cheers and, of course, those jaw‑dropping stunts that make the show a weekend staple. Who will emerge as Rohit Shetty’s “strongest Khiladi”? Only time – and a lot of bruises – will tell.
