Horror Unfolds in Noida: Husband Arrested for Brutal Stabbing of Wife Amidst Affair Allegations

According to Assistant Commissioner of Police (Noida 2) AK Singh, the tragic event unfolded early Monday morning. Gaurav reportedly confronted Kavita over his persistent suspicions about her alleged affair.

What began as a verbal altercation quickly escalated into a horrifying physical assault. In a fit of rage, Gaurav allegedly retrieved a knife and repeatedly stabbed Kavita, causing her fatal injuries.

Neighbors, who may have been aware of underlying tensions, were nonetheless shocked by the brutal culmination of their disputes.

Following the heinous act, Gaurav reportedly confessed to the crime. Initially, he attempted to flee the scene, but quick police action led to his swift apprehension.

He is currently in police custody, facing charges related to the murder of his wife.

"The accused, Gaurav, has been arrested in connection with his wife Kavita’s murder," confirmed ACP Singh. "During interrogation, Gaurav confessed that he stabbed his wife with a knife following an argument over her alleged extramarital affair."
