The proposal is simple, yet profoundly impactful: allow Ukraine to leverage Starlink, SpaceX's satellite internet constellation, not for offensive strikes on Russian energy infrastructure, but specifically to target "archers"—ballistic missile launchers and related military assets—located inside Russia.
