The tragic incident, which unfolded on May 20, was sparked by a harrowing domestic dispute call on the 3300 block of East Cheyenne Avenue. Officers arrived to a volatile scene where a woman alleged Boland was armed and had made alarming threats to shoot her. As law enforcement converged, Boland reportedly attempted to escape on a motorcycle, triggering a high-stakes pursuit.

The recently unveiled video vividly captures the intense chase, showing Boland’s desperate attempt to evade capture. The pursuit reached a critical juncture when his motorcycle crashed, but Boland, undeterred, continued his flight on foot. The footage then transitions to the decisive confrontation.
