Dominic Sessa , who made his acting debut in the Golden Globe winning “ The Holdovers ,” is already being welcomed into Hollywood with a warm embrace. The 21 year old actor walked the carpet for the first time ahead of Sunday night’s awards, where he looked like a young Bob Dylan with a mop of unruly, tousled hair, black suit and black sunglasses.

While Dylan’s sunglasses of choice were famously the Ray Ban Wayfarers , Sessa opted for another Hollywood favorite pair of sunglasses for his carpet debut: Saint Laurent’s SL 462 Sulpice D frame sunglasses. The designer shades are currently on sale for only $249 on Amazon — which is a total steal compared to other accessories on the star studded carpet.

The luxury sunglasses, which have also been spotted on Hailey Bieber and Sophia Richie, feature all black frames and a chic, narrow silhouette, with Saint Laurent’s logo engraved at the temples. The pair is also available to buy on the luxury e commerce site Farfetch for $258. Sessa, who was named in Variety ‘s 10 Actors to Watch in 2023, plays a boarding school student who is left behind for the Christmas holidays in “The Holdovers.” The film took home two Golden Globes on Sunday night — best actor in a musical or comedy film for Paul Giamatti, and best supporting actress in a motion actress for Da’Vine Joy Randolph.

While Sessa was not nominated at the Globes, his performance has been widely celebrated, with Variety film critic Peter DeBruge writing that he “holds his own opposite Giamatti, coming across like a young Adam Driver: tall and gangly, with sharp features, and the capacity to suggest wells of emotional turmoil beneath the surface.” “The Holdovers” is now available to stream on Peacock .
