‘Bookie’ Renewed At Max For Season 2

The sports book is reopening after Max renewed Bookie , starring Sebastian Maniscalco , for a second season. The renewal comes two weeks after the season one finale of the show, which comes from Chuck Lorre and Nick Bakay. The series, which premiered on November 30, follows Maniscalco bookie Danny as he and his partner, former NFL star Ray, played by Omar Dorsey, romp around Los Angeles trying to keep their illegal sports betting operation in play.
