Established in 1999 as a joint imprint with the University of South Carolina Press, Clemson University Press embarked on a journey to champion scholarly voices.

Over a decade later, in 2011, it took a pivotal step, becoming an independent university press. This evolution solidified its commitment to fostering intellectual discourse and disseminating cutting-edge research.
