Shri Kaushal, who sadly left us at the age of 71, was much more than just a former governor. He was a truly distinguished lawyer, a respected Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha, and, perhaps most notably, the beloved husband of the late, much-missed former External Affairs Minister, Smt. Sushma Swaraj. The couple, as many will fondly recall, shared a deep bond and an impressive journey in public life, a journey that continued until Sushma ji's own passing in 2019.
