Now, for our mountain communities, especially up in the Sierra Nevada range around Lake Tahoe, prepare for a true taste of late fall. Overnight lows will dip well into the 20s, perhaps even teens in some higher elevations, so yes, it's definitely winter jacket weather up there! Daytime highs will struggle to get much past the mid to upper 40s, and while we're not expecting any significant snowfall today, the air will be crisp and dry, offering some stunning views of the surrounding peaks. It's truly breathtaking this time of year.
