Following their instincts, they signaled the driver to stop. But instead of complying, the driver, later identified as Anuj, slammed the accelerator, clearly attempting to flee the scene.

In a shocking and incredibly dangerous maneuver, Anuj swerved the SUV directly into the path of the two constables. The impact sent both Sunil and Deepak reeling, knocking them to the ground and causing injuries. Despite the immediate danger and their pain, the officers and their colleagues didn't back down.
