Making a resounding statement at the prestigious Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024, VinFast unveiled its highly anticipated VF6 and VF7 electric SUVs, marking its ambitious foray into one of the world's most dynamic automotive markets.

The launch of the VF6 and VF7 is not just about new vehicles; it's about introducing a fresh perspective on electric driving, combining sleek design with advanced technology and impressive performance figures tailored for the modern consumer.

First up is the VinFast VF6, a compact electric SUV designed to cater to urban families and those seeking a stylish, efficient, and technologically advanced daily driver.

The VF6 promises a compelling package with two distinct trims:

• Eco Trim: This variant offers a robust 134 horsepower and 135 Nm of torque, powered by a 59.6 kWh battery pack. Drivers can expect an impressive WLTP-certified range of up to 399 kilometers on a single charge, making it ideal for both city commutes and longer journeys.
• Plus Trim: For those desiring more exhilaration, the Plus trim boosts performance to 201 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque.

  While sharing the same 59.6 kWh battery, its spirited performance results in a still-generous WLTP range of 381 kilometers. The VF6's contemporary design and feature-rich interior are set to redefine expectations in its segment.

Next in line is the VinFast VF7, a sportier and more dynamically styled electric SUV aimed at enthusiasts and individuals who crave a potent driving experience without compromising on sustainability.

The VF7 also comes in two powerful configurations:

• Eco Trim: Kicking off the VF7 lineup, this trim delivers 201 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque, paired with a larger 75.3 kWh battery. This combination allows for an excellent WLTP range of approximately 450 kilometers, providing substantial freedom for extended travels.
• Plus Trim: At the pinnacle of the VF7 range, the Plus trim unleashes a formidable 349 horsepower and a whopping 500 Nm of torque.

  Despite its electrifying performance, the 75.3 kWh battery still ensures a commendable WLTP range of 431 kilometers. The VF7’s striking aesthetics and premium cabin are designed to leave a lasting impression.

While Indian pricing for the VF6 and VF7 is yet to be announced, global pricing insights suggest that VinFast aims for competitive positioning.

For instance, the VF6 starts around $29,900 in the US market.
