In a crucial move to safeguard Himachal Pradesh's horticultural backbone, the Public Works Department (PWD) is working round-the-clock to restore link roads severely damaged by the recent monsoon. Reports from Shimla indicate that out of the 1,021 link roads affected by the torrential rains, an impressive 928 have already been meticulously restored.
