It was Saturday night, just when the city was settling into its weekend rhythm, that a dreadful accident unfolded. Picture this: a massive concrete slab, a formidable piece of a future dream, somehow detached from its moorings on the 16th floor. And then, well, it plummeted. Straight down, impacting the 7th floor of what was destined to be a towering 60-story residential building. You can only imagine the sound, the sheer force of such a thing.

The cost? Devastating. Two lives, extinguished in an instant. Santosh Gopi, a worker whose name we know, and another soul, yet to be identified — both gone. Three others, injured, their lives irrevocably altered by that split-second catastrophe. Honestly, it makes you pause, doesn't it?
