A former model turned pilot who was allegedly an accomplice of Jeffrey Epstein pleaded the fifth 42 times when she was questioned about former President Bill Clinton and other associates of the late financier. Nadia Marcinkova repeatedly invoked her right to protect herself from self incrimination in a 2010 deposition in a case against the convicted sex offender, court documents unsealed on Friday revealed.
“Have you witnessed improper sexual activity between Jeffrey Epstein and minors, while he was in the presence of Bill Clinton?” attorneys asked Marcinkova in the deposition. “Fifth,” she bluntly responded. She was also asked whether she knew Bill Clinton, whether she had even been on a plane with him and if she knew Doug Band, the former president’s right hand man.
“Fifth,” Marcinkova again replied. Clinton has not been accused of any wrongdoing. The ex president admitted to flying on Epstein’s jet on trips to Africa, Europe and Asia but has vehemently denied having any knowledge of Epstein’s sick crimes. He was described as “a key person” in the case and had a “close relationship” with Epstein and Maxwell, according to other court documents released this week.
Clinton has been photographed on Epstein’s plane and welcomed the pedophile as a guest at the White House 17 times during his presidency. He has been mentioned more than 70 times since the unredacted documents began rolling out . Other names mentioned during Marcinkova’s testimony included Jean Luc Brunel, the deceased French modeling scout, hedge fund manager Glenn Dubin, and Alan Dershowitz , Epstein’s former defense lawyer.
Marcinkova also pleaded the fifth when asked about those individuals. Marcinkova’s testimony was revealed on Friday as part of troves of documents that were ordered to be released this week from a since settled 2015 defamation case that accuser Virginia Giuffre brought against Epstein madam and now convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, 61.
Epstein allegedly brought Marcinkova to the US when she was just 15 years old. She later procured for young women for Epstein, court documents have alleged — a claim her lawyers have denied, saying she was only a victim. She is also a licensed pilot..
