Long before the 6:30 PM start time, by as early as 5 PM, the venue in Chemnad was already swarming with thousands upon thousands of eager attendees. And here's where things took a disastrous turn. It appears the organisers, Prudent Events and Entertainment, severely misjudged the crowd, or perhaps, let's be blunt, simply oversold tickets without a care for the consequences. The gates, overwhelmed by the sheer press of people, eventually gave way, collapsing under the immense pressure.

The aftermath? Well, the authorities certainly aren't taking this lightly. A case has been registered against the organisers, Prudent Events and Entertainment. They’re facing serious charges under sections of the Indian Penal Code, specifically 308 for "attempt to commit culpable homicide" and 338 for "causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others." It really goes to show the gravity of neglecting proper crowd management and security measures at such large-scale gatherings. One hopes this incident serves as a stark reminder to all event planners: safety isn't just a suggestion; it's an absolute requirement.
