Trump to hold New Hampshire rally ahead of primary

Former President Trump is set to rally in New Hampshire just days before the state’s first in the nation primary. Trump will rally supporters in Manchester on Jan. 20, ahead of the primary on Jan. 23, his campaign announced Friday. He’s also planning to deliver remarks in Atkinson next Tuesday, a day after the Iowa caucuses kick off the Republican presidential nominating cycle.

Chris Christie, whom the polling averages put at around 11 percent in the state, suspended his campaign on Wednesday. ABC News and CNN have both announced plans for Republican presidential debates in New Hampshire in the days leading up to the primary, though it’s not clear which candidates will be taking part.
