Tom Brady’s Former Rental Condo in Miami Hits the Market for $16M

Last year, — newly divorced and retired — rented a luxurious three bedroom, 4.5 bath condo in the town of Surfside, Florida, located 20 minutes north of Beach. Now the 4,103 square foot property, located in the 12 story beachfront Fendi Chateau Residences not far from the famed Surf Club, has come on the market to the tune of $15.9 million.

The corner unit where the former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback lived features a primary suite with marble bathrooms, a soaking tub and a private terrace featuring oceanfront views. In the kitchen, there are Gaggenau appliances, wall ovens, a waterfall island with a prep sink and wine chiller and a dedicated, separate breakfast bar.
