Praxis Precision Medicines falls after pricing of $150M equity offering

Praxis Precision Medicines ( NASDAQ: PRAX ) has priced its underwritten public offering of 3.17M common shares at $35.50 and, in lieu of shares of common stock, pre funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,056,725 common shares at $35.4999 per pre funded warrant for the gross proceeds of ~$150M.

Underwriters have granted a 30 day option to purchase up to 633,750 additional shares of common stock. Closing date is January 16, 2024.
