Police nab suspect following stabbing near downtown

Article content An adult man has been arrested following a stabbing near downtown Windsor. At around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Windsor police responded to a reporter stabbing at an apartment building in the 400 block of Glengarry Avenue. The individuals involved hat left the scene before police arrived, officials said.
Officers reviewed surveillance video that showed the suspect stab the victim, a 34 year old man, once in the lower back following a physical altercation, police said. Police located and arrested the suspect approximately three hours later in the 900 block of Wyandotte Street East. A 32 year old man is charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, and breach of probation.
