Pokemon Go January 2024 Community Day is happening on January 6

The first Pokemon Go Community Day for 2024 has been scheduled for Saturday, January 6, 2024. The meetups will take place on the same day from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. These will be virtual trainer meetups held in seventeen cities across India, including New Delhi's Lodhi Gardens, Mumbai's Horniman Circle Garden, Pune's Saras Baug, Gurugram's Leisure Valley Park, and more.

These will be virtual trainer meetups held in seventeen cities across India, including New Delhi's Lodhi Gardens, Mumbai's Horniman Circle Garden, Pune's Saras Baug, Gurugram's Leisure Valley Park, Jaipur's Jawahar Circle, Bengaluru's Statue of Edward VII in Cubbon Park, Kanpur's Kargil Park, Vadodara's Kamatibaug, Kolkata's Lions Safari Park in Rabindra Sarovar Lake, Varanasi's Shaheed Udyaan Nagar Nigam, Patna's Science Center, Chennai's Tower Park in Anna Nagar, Hyderabad's Indira Park, Lucknow's Lohia Park, Ahmedabad's Gandhi Ashram, Thiruvananthapuram's The Napier Museum, and Visakhapatnam's All Abilities Children Park.

Rowlet will be more commonly found in the wild during the upcoming event. Decidueye , on the other hand, will be able to learn the Charged Attack Spirit Shackle a move that has different power in Trainer Battles and in Gyms and raids and also has a chance to lower the opposing Pokémon’s Defence by one stage in Trainer Battles.

During the Rowlet Community Day, you can access the Special Research story for $1, which is exclusive to the event. After the event ends, Trainers will be able to take on special four star Raid Battles, which will cause more Rowlet to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes after claiming victory.

Dartrix will appear in four star raids, and completing a four star Raid Battle against Dartrix will cause additional Rowlet to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. There is also a chance of encountering a Shiny Rowlet. You can purchase two Community Day bundles during the event; one costs 1,350 PokéCoins and includes 50 Ultra Balls, five Super Incubators, one Elite Charged TM, and five Lucky Eggs, while the other costs 480 PokéCoins and includes 30 Ultra Balls, one Incense, three Super Incubators, and one Lure Module.
