Patriots vs. Bills: Everything we know about New England’s 27 21 loss

The New England Patriots were unable to complete their season sweep of the Buffalo Bills . After winning the two teams’ first meeting earlier in the year, they were beaten 27 21 in a more competitive game than some of the numbers would suggest. The Patriots, after all, turned the ball over four times in the first half — including one returned for a touchdown.

However, they were able to keep the contest close in large part due to good defensive play and a resilient performance from the offense. At the end of the day, however, the Bills did do enough to outlast New England. The Patriots therefore now stand at 4 12 on the year.
