Ottawa to receive 5 centimeters of snow Tuesday

Environment Canada says snow, 5 centimetres, is in Ottawa’s forecast Tuesday beginning in the morning and ending this afternoon. Tuesday’s temperatures will range between a high of 7 C and a low of 16 C overnight wind chill 14 during the day and 11 overnight.
