Officers pulled him over late that evening near the Boston Post Road after noticing his vehicle swerving rather noticeably. A tough situation for sure, and he's now scheduled to appear in court on April 10th.

Moving on, the very next day, March 26th, saw Brenda K. Rodriguez, age 29, taken into custody.
