Michael Bublé owns Burnaby's most expensive home, assessment records show

This 2.3 hectare (5.8 acre) waterfront home is located between Nanaimo and Parksville. The 13,500 square foot home was built in 1996 and has not changed in value since last year.

Located just south of Crescent Beach overlooking Boundary Bay, this 17,600 square foot home is on a 1.1 hectare (2.7 acre) parcel of land. It is the only property in Surrey to make the top 500 list..
