Masimo appoints Bob Chapek to Board of Directors

Masimo ( NASDAQ: MASI ) announced that Bob Chapek, former CEO of Walt Disney Company, has been appointed to company’s Board of Directors. Before becoming CEO, Chapek served as Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products since the segment’s creation, and prior to that he was Chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.
