Late-Night Apartment Fire Jolts Ottawa's West End, Two Injured

A quiet Thursday evening in Ottawa's bustling west end took a jarring turn last night when a sudden fire erupted within a high-rise apartment building, sending two residents to the hospital and shaking many others from their sleep.
