LaSalle police seek help identifying LCBO theft suspect

Article content LaSalle Police Service is appealing to the public for assistance in identifying an individual regarding an alleged Nov. 4, 2023, theft from the LCBO on Malden Road in LaSalle. Just before 7:30 p.m. that Saturday, a person who appears to be a 35 40 year old white female with blond hair, wearing a black winter coat, black leggings, black toque, clear glasses and black carry bag entered the LCBO.

According to police, the individual was observed by staff concealing a bottle of liquor in a large purse and exiting the store without paying for the item. This was further confirmed via the store’s surveillance system and reported to police. LaSalle police urge anyone with information related to these thefts to come forward and assist with the ongoing investigation.
