Kevin Hart has some jokes. On ESPN’s alternative “NBA Unplugged” broadcast of the Knicks’ thrashing of the 76ers on Friday night , Hart appeared on the show and was talking about the game when the conversation veered toward fellow comedian Katt Williams. In a Wednesday podcast “Cub Shay Shay” podcast episode with host Shannon Sharpe , Williams took plenty of shots at Hart.
“In 15 years in Hollywood, no one in Hollywood has a memory of a sold out Kevin Hart show, there being a line for him, ever getting a standing ovation at any comedy club. He already had his deals when he got here,” Williams said on the nearly three hour show. Though Hart appeared to address the comments in a post on X on Thursday that promoted his new movie “Lift” coming out on Netflix, the comedian didn’t hold back while making an hit on the live NBA show with the Plastic Cup Boyz.

“He’s the first person to ever do that. He bought them for 15 days and returned them. That’s another fun fact about the New York Knicks.” Hart added that Williams even “played” for the Knicks. And as the live feed cut to the pregame for the Lakers Grizzlies matchup, Hart made another joke at Williams expense, this time including Ja Morant.
“Another known fact, Katt dropped [Morant] off,” Hart said. “He gave him a ride.” Whether this will squash the beef or ignite it, time will only tell..
