Jermaine Couisnard, Oregon men’s basketball erase 18 point deficit to beat Cal for 6th straight win

Oregon erased an 18 point deficit in the first half and rallied for its sixth straight win. Jermaine Cousinard scored 18 points and Jadrian Tracey had 14 points to fuel a 80 73 comeback win for the Ducks over Cal Saturday afternoon at Matthew Knight Arena. Oregon (13 3, 5 0 Pac 12) trailed 41 23 with 3:57 to go in the first half, but closed on a 16 2 run with Couisnard scoring nine points.

The Ducks carried momentum into the second half, opening on a 7 2 run to take the lead on a three by Jackson Shelstad (12 points, six rebounds). In his first game back from left knee surgery, N’Faly Dante had eight points, two rebounds and a block in 17 minutes for the Ducks.
