Horrific Discovery: Decomposed Body Found in Plastic Bag Near Delhi's Hindon Canal

In a grim discovery that has sent shockwaves through East Delhi, the highly decomposed body of an unidentified man was found meticulously wrapped in a plastic bag near the banks of the Hindon Canal on Thursday. The horrific find was made by vigilant passersby who were alerted by a pervasive and unbearable foul smell emanating from the location, quickly prompting them to notify local authorities.

Upon receiving a PCR call around 4 PM, a team from the New Ashok Nagar police station swiftly arrived at the scene.

Initial observations revealed the body to be in an advanced state of decomposition, indicating it had likely been there for several days. The deceased, whose identity remains unknown, was found fully encased within a large plastic bag, a detail that immediately raised suspicions of foul play.

The body was carefully retrieved and transported to a nearby mortuary for post-mortem examination.
