Meowza Games promised an achievement fix was on the way back in November, and the update is finally here, with the devs confirming that "The “Friend to All” achievement bug and the ramen shop bug (PS4, PS5, XBOX/Win) have been fixed and the update is available for download right now." The Friend to All achievement unlocks for gaining five hearts with every NPC.

Since there are over 30 NPCs to gain hearts with, it's a fair amount of work.
