This recipe does not require any over the top ingredients and can even be made by a beginner level cook. It is versatile so the spice levels of chicken can be adjusted. In a big bowl, take chicken pieces and marinate them with ginger garlic paste and spices red chilli powder, chaat, salt, and pepper. To this, add eggs, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, red chilli paste, vinegar, cornflour, and maida. Mix it well with the chicken pieces so that they are well coated. Cover the bowl with a lid and keep it aside for 3 4 hours to marinate.
In the meantime, slice medium sized potatoes into thin layers and rinse them. Now take two tablespoons of cornflour and add water to it to make it a slurry. Add the sliced potato pieces to the cornflour slurry and let them soak for 10 minutes. After the potato slices have been soaked, take them out.
