Hashmi previously collaborated with Suri on six films, including Zeher, Kalyug, and Murder 2. He conveyed his perspective on the casting decision, stating, “I don’t ever have regrets with films I didn’t do. They were never meant for me to begin with.” The actor was recently lauded for his performance in Maneesh Sharma’s alongside Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.

He further shared insights into his camaraderie with Salman Khan. Although they may not be regular on screen companions, Hashmi emphasized the warm and comfortable equation they share.
