, who just picked up a for her performance in Yorgos Lanthimos’ , is parting ways with her Spanish style house in Los Angeles. The actress has listed the charm filled, two story residence — located in the Comstock Hills area of Westwood — for . According to the , which first broke the news, Stone — who owns a property in Austin, Texas, and an apartment in New York City — had been using the house as a pied à terre for when she was in Los Angeles.

She previously sold a mid century house in Malibu last year for around $4.4 million. Built in 1926, Stone’s newly listed, private and gated Westwood house features vaulted, double height ceilings in the kitchen and a grassy front yard. The actress recently renovated the four bedroom, 3,276 square foot house, and it also includes a new separate guest house that has a living room and kitchen space and a bedroom suite with laundry.

The listing notes that the guest structure could be set up as a home office. Public records show that Stone purchased the property in 2019 for $2.3 million. Listing agent of Sotheby’s International Realty – Beverly Hills Brokerage that Stone had expanded the kitchen and added to the back of the residence while also preserving original details such as a tiled courtyard and the living room’s beamed ceilings.

Lavey predicted the house will sell quickly: “The sub $5 million category in L.A., in in demand locations, is one of the more brisk markets,” he said. Stone — who is currently also starring in the Showtime drama — has completed filming Lanthimos’ next film, , and is expected to reprise her Disney villain character in , which is in development.
