Deion Sanders Shares ‘Never Seen Before’ Picture of Daughter Deiondra Sanders’ Original Hair; “I Needed This”

Head coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, Deion Sanders, is not just a celebrated sports icon but also a doting father to five children. He often talks about the strong bond he shares with his kids. Recently, the former sports star, also known as Coach Prime, humorously interacted with his eldest child, Deiondra Sanders.

A snapshot of Deiondra surfaced on Instagram on Wednesday, showing her getting ready for a hairstyle overhaul in a salon. Notably, the former Cowboys cornerback got his first look at Deiondra's natural locks, hidden under wigs and lace fronts for years, or at least that's what he seemed to think. Sanders shared the picture on his Instagram story, sparking a friendly father-daughter exchange.

Deiondra had previously sought hairstyle suggestions for herself and her stylist on her Instagram story. She then reposted her father's Instagram story, where he teased his daughter by writing a playful caption. She humorously commented on her father's jest in her Instagram post.

Deiondra is not just a family member but also a successful entrepreneur. She owns the thriving hair extension brand, Love Me Extensions, and co-owns an online show boutique named House of Sole.

Unsurprisingly, Deiondra is an ardent supporter of her father's work at the Colorado University, especially his involvement with college football. She spoke with pride in a September interview about her father and brothers' achievements in football, particularly how they are breaking down racial barriers. Besides her father who coaches the team, her siblings Shilo and Shedeur are part of it as well. She particularly praised her brother Shedeur, whose quarterback skills have been garnering recognition since he started playing for Colorado.

Deion Sanders faced a challenging start to his tenure, with a record of 4-8 and finishing last in the Pac-12. Despite a strong start to the season, the team's performance dipped on both the offensive and defensive fronts. Now, Sanders aims to revamp the team with some major changes. Numerous three-star, four-star and five-star recruits have committed to the Colorado program, promising a more competitive next season.
