MUMBAI: Radhakishan Damani, the main promoter of homegrown retailing major D Mart , has bought a 1.44% stake in cigarettes & tobacco products company VST Industries for nearly Rs 76 crore. The stake, translating to a little over 2.2 lakh shares of the Hyderabad based company, was bought through BSE's block deal segment on Tuesday, exchange data showed.
