The current Portland General Electric power outage map is a sea of red as the utility scrambles to restore heat and power to people who lost service during Saturday’s winter storm. Click on the upper right to switch to satellite view or use the + button to zoom in. Crews have been out since Saturday trying to restore power lost when and falling trees took out powerlines. Pacific Power, which serves parts of Portland and outside the metro area, also has an online in total remain without power early Sunday afternoon after the bitter cold and strong winds that raked across Portland on Saturday.
