With the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) having already approved the Suraksha Group's takeover of JIL in March 2023, there's a clear need to define who is responsible for what, especially concerning this particular, massive undertaking.

About 1,000 acres were earmarked for residential and commercial development, while a staggering 1,500 acres were dedicated to the ambitious sports complex. The big question now is how to complete these remaining projects. Will the Suraksha Group, having acquired JIL, step up to take on the Sports City, or will YEIDA's proposal to cancel the lease open the door for a completely new developer to breathe life into the area?
