Authorities provide update on triple death investigation at Reedley home

REEDLEY, Calif. (KFSN) Two people found dead at a home in Reedley over the weekend have been identified as 81 year old Billy Bonds and 44 year old Guadalupe Bonds. Reedley Police Chief Joe Garza said the third person has yet to be identified. Police discovered the three bodies at a home on Church and Curtis Avenues on Saturday.

Law enforcement responded to the property after a family member told police they found evidence a burglary had occurred. During the investigation, officers said they found signs of foul play. The cause of death has not been released pending the autopsies, but Chief Garza said a safe that had guns in it was found open with nothing inside.

Police are still searching for Matthew Bonds. He lives at the home and is considered at risk due to health issues. Family members gave police possible ideas of where Bonds could be, but he was not found. Authorities are still investigating the incident as murder and burglary.
