Alabama falls to Michigan in the Rose Bowl 27 20

Video above: Watch the Crimson Tide roll in to the Rose Bowl Stadium After a back and forth brawl between 'Bama and Michigan, the Wolverines have come out on top in the 2024 Rose Bowl, 27 20. This was the second game in a row where Alabama took on the top ranked team in the country after ending Georgia’s 29 game winning streak with a 27 24 victory in the Southeastern Conference championship game.

This was the sixth meeting between Alabama and Michigan. >> WATCH: Nick Saban, Jim Harbaugh give insight into teams ahead of the 2024 Rose Bowl The Tide first took on the Wolverines in 1988, with the two teams facing off most recently in the 2019 Citrus Bowl. In the five games against Michigan and Alabama, the Crimson Tide hold the lead 3 2 in the series.

Leishman, who was responsible for the stadium's construction. They will also go on to face either the Texas Longhorns or the Washington Huskies in the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship.
