Abhimanyu Easwaran to lead India A against England Lions at home

The India A squad for the warm up and the first unofficial Test against the England Lions consists of 13 players. Notably, some players such as Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Tilak Varma, Avesh Khan, and Rinku Singh are missing from the squad as they are likely to participate in India's T20I series against Afghanistan starting on January 11.

The warm up game against the England Lions is set to commence on January 12. The squad includes promising talents like B Sai Sudharsan, Rajat Patidar, Sarfaraz Khan, and Pradosh Ranjan Paul, who are all eyeing a spot in the middle order of the Indian Test team.
