Portland police on Thursday identified a 32 year old man who died after being stabbed and shot in east Portland’s Hazelwood neighborhood on Tuesday, allegedly by his cousin – the neighborhood’s second homicide within 15 hours. Officers found Cecil Yahtin after responding to a reported stabbing near Northeast Glisan Street and 126th Avenue around 12:40 p.m., police said.
